Embroidery can be applied to many different items. All it needs is the ability for a needle to penetrate the item and for the item to fit our machine securely. This opens up the possibilities to what we can embroider.

What fonts are available?
How big can we embroider?
Our large hoop measures 11" x 11", and our extended hoop measures 6.5" x 17.5"
What colors do we have?
We have tons of colors, too many to list, so there is a high chance we can match your logo pretty close to the original.
Is Embroidery long lasting?
Yes, embroidery is needle and thread. Unless you get the item snagged and the thread is cut, it should last the life of the garment. Your garment is, in fact, held together by needle and thread as is.
Do you charge a digitizing fee?
Yes. A one-time digitizing fee of $30 is required for each new standard logo (such as left chest designs). This fee covers the process of converting your artwork into a stitch-ready format.
Note: Each new logo requires its own digitizing fee—even if the design is similar.
What is your turnaround time for embroidery orders?
Typical turnaround is 5–7 business days from the time artwork is approved and garments are received. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.
Will I get to see a sample before production?
Yes! We email a sample stitch-out for approval before starting the full run. You can request up to 3 revisions to ensure the design meets your expectations.
Can I request specific thread colors?
We will choose the closest thread color to your logo from our in-stock options. If a specific thread brand or Pantone match is required, we can special order it for an additional fee.
What’s the maximum embroidery size for hats?
Embroidery on hats is limited to 5" wide by 2.25" tall due to the curve and structure of the cap.
Can you embroider full back designs?
Yes, we can! Full-back embroidery is custom quoted based on design complexity, stitch count, and size. Contact us for an estimate.
Do you embroider copyrighted or trademarked logos?
No. We do not embroider any copyrighted, trademarked, or licensed designs without proper authorization. It’s your responsibility to ensure you have the legal rights to use any logo or artwork submitted.
Can I supply my own items for embroidery?
Yes, customer-supplied garments are welcome. However, please note that embroidery is a mechanical process and we are not liable for garment damage on outside items. Supplying extras is recommended.
